Revised and implemented all fundraising, sponsorship, membership and donor campaigns for previously dormant (501c3) non-profit, launching its revival and continued sustenance.

Restructured outdated administrative processes and programming to optimize operations, functionality and marketability. Revitalized organization image via comprehensive upgrade of branding, website and programming.
Working with organization Treasurer, provided annual sales, budget forecasts, and monthly cash flow projections in support of, and for approval by board of directors.
