Newly developed by Urban Villages San Marcos, North City is a 204-acre metropolitan hub, integrating chic mixed-use market-rate and student housing with community-focused shopping, dining, entertainment, cultural and commercial spaces. FCS was retained to raise awareness about the existence of North City, crafting and promoting the vision of an innovative “North County Downtown,” including its newly completed buildings and commercial lease signings. Other services included the launch and engagement of dual Instagram (@northcitysanmarcos and @blockcnorthcity), creation of select promotional collateral, and project photography direction.
